What will my monthly contribution requirement be to continue coverage?
There are four factors you’ll need to consider determining what your monthly premium will be:
The medical plan option you elect
The coverage level you elect
Medicare eligibility for you and your dependents
The Retiree’s years of premium service (yourself, or your husband/wife if you are a surviving spouse)
Refer to the CTA Retiree Health Care Plan Enrollment Guide, to determine what your monthly contribution for medical coverage will be.

If you have a question about benefits from the Retirement Plan, please call us at 312.441.9694 and leave your name, phone number, and badge # (if applicable). We will return your call within one business day. We can also set up in-person or videoconference appointments with you as needed.
If you have a scheduled appointment with a staff member, you will be required to wear a mask, complete a COVID-19 symptom checklist, and have your temperature taken before you can enter the office.
