The Board of Trustees is soliciting firms to provide private credit investment management services for approximately $50-$60 million in a commingled fund vehicle. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is not an offer to contract but seeks the submission of proposals from qualified, professional firms. The Trust reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to solicit additional proposals if that is determined to be in the best interests of the Trust.
