Why do I have to enroll to receive health care benefits?
You have three medical plan options from which to choose and we need to know which option you elect and who you are planning to cover. Refer to the CTA Retiree Health Care Plan Enrollment Guide for things to consider when making your decision.

Our office is open on an appointment-only basis. We cannot accept walk-ins at this time
Please do not come to the office without an appointment.
If you have a question about benefits from the Retirement Plan, please call us at 312.441.9694 and leave your name, phone number, and badge # (if applicable). We will return your call within one business day. We can also set up in-person or videoconference appointments with you as needed.
If you have a scheduled appointment with a staff member, you will be required to wear a mask, complete a COVID-19 symptom checklist, and have your temperature taken before you can enter the office.
